A credit card is required to hold all appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold the appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can be detrimental to our business. Filling those time slots is challenging and causes frustration for clients eagerly awaiting service but unable to make it at short notice. We kindly request your consideration and mindfulness towards our technicians' schedules and the needs of other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
In the event you do miss a scheduled appointment, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee will be required for all appointments.
- This deposit will be applied to the total price of your service.
- Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
- For services under $50, the full-service price will be charged for cancellations. For items priced at $50 or more, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
- Same day cancellations and No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit.
- Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment to ensure optimal results.
- We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to protect our artists and ensure the best service for all our valued clients. Thank you for your continued support!
We understand that life happens. Please just communicate with us as soon as you can if unforeseen circumstances or a sudden emergency prevents you from making your scheduled appointment time. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any schedule changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
REFILL POLICY
Due to the inconsistent nature of lash and application quality, Lash Me cannot offer refills on work performed by other salons.
The lashes must be removed, and a new set applied. We encourage new customers from other salons to take advantage of our first-time customer specials. Lash Removal is a separate additional fee.
If you are wearing lashes from another salon and require removal, please call the Carroll Gardens front desk at (347) 636-4215 to ensure enough time is booked for the appointment to fulfill this requirement.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. If there is an issue with the service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to improve the experience for you.

OTHER SALON LASH REMOVAL POLICY
Due to the inconsistent nature of lashes, and the quality of lash application, Lash Me can no longer offer refills on work performed by other salons. Lash extensions from other salons must be removed, and have a new set applied.
If we must remove the old lashes, there will be an additional $35 fee. If you have booked an appointment and are wearing lashes from another salon, please contact us prior to ensure there is enough time to remove your lashes.
We also offer 30% off for new clients, which can help with the added cost of the removal!
Effective August 1, 2022: Lash Me does not offer the two leniency days for refills anymore. For example, a 2 week refill can only be 14 days or less from your last appointment. Any day(s) over 14 will be considered a 3-week refill price. The same rule applies for 1 week or 3 week refills. One day over a 3-week refill would then be considered a full new set.
FINAL GIFT CARD POLICY:
The Company will not and cannot be responsible or liable for any lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your gift card like it’s cash. If you’ve purchased a gift card and cannot find the gift card or think it has been lost or stolen, the Company is NOT obligated and will NOT credit, reimburse, or replace any lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards. Gift cards MUST be presented at the time of service. If a gift card is not in your possession at the time of service to remit payment, we cannot process payment. Gift cards are only valid for in-store purchases.
Further, due to fraudulent claims and purchases or gift cards, our Company will NO LONGER accept credit card payments for the purchase of gift cards nor will the Company accept purchases made on our website for gift cards. Gift cards can only be purchased in store and with cash. A receipt for payment of any gift cards with cash will be provided to the individual purchasing a gift card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
