Service Policies

BOOKING POLICY

A credit card is required to hold all appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold the appointment. There are no exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can be detrimental to our business. Filling those time slots is challenging and causes frustration for clients eagerly awaiting service but unable to make it at short notice. We kindly request your consideration and mindfulness towards our technicians’ schedules and the needs of other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Generally, in the event you do miss a scheduled appointment, the following terms and conditions will apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee will be charged for all appointments.
  • This deposit will be applied to the total price of your service.
  • Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. Any arrival beyond 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment will be deemed a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled. The 50% deposit will be retained.
  • Same-day cancellations and No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit.
  • Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment to ensure optimal results.
  • We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to protect our artists and ensure the best service for all our valued clients. Thank you for your continued support!

NOTE: Please note: For services under $50, the full service price will be charged at the time of booking and if the appointment is canceled. For services priced at $50 or more, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

We understand that life happens. Please just communicate with us as soon as you can if unforeseen circumstances or a sudden emergency prevents you from making your scheduled appointment time. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any schedule changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. The Company reserves the sole right to offer its clients/customers any rescheduling opportunities for missed appointments and/or late appointments.

REFILL POLICY

Due to the inconsistent nature of lash and application quality, Lash Me cannot offer refills on work performed by other salons. The lashes must be removed, and a new set applied. We encourage new customers from other salons to take advantage of our first-time customer specials. Lash Removal is a separate additional fee.

Please note: The company offers clients a complimentary 3-day fix window for any issues that may arise. To take advantage of this, clients are asked to provide photo evidence of the issue for evaluation by our technicians.

If you are wearing lashes from another salon and require removal, please call Carroll Gardens front desk at (347) 636-4215 to ensure enough time is booked for the appointment to fulfill this requirement.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds. If there is an issue with the service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to improve the experience for you. We appreciate your understanding!‍

OTHER SALON LASH REMOVAL POLICY

Due to the inconsistent nature of lashes and the quality of lash application, Lash Me can no longer offer refills on work performed by other salons. Lash extensions from other salons must be removed and have a new set applied. If we must remove the old lashes, there will be an additional $35 fee.
